Story
Team Pure have decided to take part in a 26 mile walk along the Jurassic coast. Starting in Weymouth and ending in Bridport. The walk will be held on 2/6/19.
We have decided to do so to help raise money for 2 fantastic charities.
Our first charity being Margret Green animal rescue as they help rehome homeless animals that have been neglected, mistreated or abandoned. Each animal receives a lovely warm bed, a caring team member and all the love and respect they deserve while waiting for their forever home.
Our second charity being Go Girls. They want to ensure all woman with gynaecological cancers receive the support they truly deserve during what is often a lonely and difficult journey. Their aims are to help support women as-well as raising awareness for all of these diseases and campaign for earlier diagnostics and improved treatments.
Both charities being local and Dorset based that us therapist here at pure believe in.
We would all appreciate your help to us to support these wonderful charities, so donations of any amount would be greatly appreciated.
GO Girls formed in 2015. Its Patron is Helen Lederer and it is the only UK charity dedicated to providing support for all 5 gynaecological cancers (womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal). We raise awareness, offer an online support group, provide information, hold monthly face-to-face meetings and fundraise for support services. We’re here to help so no-one has to go through their journey alone - sometimes that means just having a laugh or a cry with others going through the same thing and understand exactly what you are going through.
