Arafat and I will be doing an abseil from the top of the maternity block on Ipswich Hospital (it's over 45 metres / about 150 feet)!

This is a sincere appeal to all my friends and aquaintances throughout the world to donate generously for a good cause. The funds will go to Jimas for building a community centre in Ipswich that was recently destroyed in an arson attack before it could be insured. The centre will benefit the whole community (feeding the homeless, helping people in need, imparting education and skills) and bring people together by promoting better understanding of each other.
