The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

22 residents and 4 QEF staff members have come together to form a 26 strong ‘Diversity Choir’, singing and signing to Andra Day’s ‘Rise Up’ as an inspiration for everyone during these challenging times. Some people can vocalise and so join in with the singing and others sign depending on their abilities, bringing everyone together as one Diversity Choir.

Alongside fantastic activity co-ordinators and support workers, residents at QEF’s Independent Living Service are keen to share positivity and inclusivity with everyone, as part of their 2.6 Challenge to raise funds for QEF. They are also keen to show their families and friends that they are doing well, as they haven’t been able to see them in person since 17th March as part of wider efforts to protect their health during this pandemic.

Please consider making a donation to QEF, the charity that provides 24/7 care and support to the residents, enabling them to develop life skills and achieve their potential.
