QinetiQ/ATEC are having a Charity SF (Swish F##k) Golf Challenge at the Pottergate Golf Club on Friaday 2nd September 2011. Up to 9 four-ball teams from across the station at RAF Waddington will be taking part to raise money for Help 4 Heroes.

To keep things 'simple' the day will consist of 18 holes of 'standard' golf but will be scored using the Stableford point scoring system (please note Pottergate is a 9-hole course). It is hoped there will be trophies (dependant upon the level of sponsorship that can be generated) for the winning team, along with a longest drive, nearest the centre line and nearest the hole competitions.

The cost will be £25 per person for the following:

a. Bacon butties and coffee upon arrival (10:15 – 10:45).

 b. 18 holes of golf (tee-off at 11:00).

c. Presentation and BBQ (burgers, hot dogs) upon completion (at approximately 16:00).
