Queen Bee Coaching is a free Pankhurst Trust coaching service based in Greater Manchester run by women for women.

We’ve got a pretty ambitious goal. Queen Bee Coaching wants to  make women in leadership the norm, creating a new dynamic.

We believe enabling women from diverse backgrounds to realise their full potential and rise to positions of influence will ultimately redress the balance across Greater Manchester and close the gender pay gap.

To do this, we offer six free coaching sessions to women who have demonstrated leadership, helping them to improve their skills and confidence and accelerate their positive impact on society.
