We are Queen Camel Martial Arts Club and we have entered the Up Down and dirty fun run, there are 12-14 of us running ( probably walking) the event.

We are raising money for St Margaret's Hospice who provide such fantastic support for so many families at such a difficult time in their lives.

We have taken up the challenge of the 10k in memory of Helen Warren who was not only a mum to one of our teenage Black-belts but a very good friend and supporter of our club. Helen sadly lost her battle with cancer at the beginning of September and was looked after by St Margaret's for her last few weeks. 

The club, although running in Memory are also running for Helen's Daughters Elisha, Melissa, Carla and Larissa hoping in some way the money raised will help to say thank you but also to help ensure St Margaret's keep making a difference to all patients and their loved ones who are facing a life limiting illness.

Please give as much as you can for this very worthy charity.
