Katharine House Hospice provided amazing palliative care and support to my husband, Quentin, in his final weeks during July and August 2018.  It is a truly special place staffed with wonderful professionals and volunteers who create a tranquil,  warm and positive environment for individuals with terminal illnesses -  and also for their families and friends.  

Quentin and I discussed fundraising for KHH and he was keen to try to raise money to fund a new bed (c. £10k each) which makes such a difference as he personally experienced.  

Our original target of £10k was soon increased to £20k which - poignantly - was achieved on Quentin's birthday in 2019.  Our family and friends are committed to continuing to fundraise in Quentin's memory for this wonderful hospice. We will continue to raise the fundraising target with your support.  

Katharine House rely on donations for 75% of their funding and every year need to raise £3m.  Therefore,  any contribution that you can make would be hugely valued by the hospice  -  and also by Quentin and I.
