Evelyn, Zoe and I are doing the Tough Mudder on 29th July to raise money for the incredible Orphans Know More family network in Uganda! 100% of the funds raised go to supporting the OKM children's education, which is about £250 a year per child. 

The girls are doing the 1 mile mini mudder obstacle course, and I will attempt the tough mudder with 12 miles of mud and ice water, with 20 crazy obstacles (including Mud baths / walls / Cliff jumps / Electric wire gauntlets etc).
