Story

We are hosting a fun children's quiz for children to take part in and enjoy as part of The Dream Factory's Kids Helping Kids campaign.  We are hoping to raise money for a very special little girl called Monnay who is 9 years old and lives in Hertfordshire.

Monnay has been diagnosed with Batten’s disease, a rare group of nervous system disorders that gets worse over time.

Monnay is completely dependent by the care provided by her mother.  She has no mobility, is unable to stand and has to be fed. Monnay also suffers from seizures and her speech is severely affected.

Monnay loves all things Peppa Pig and her dream is to go to Peppa Pig World. Monnay and her family were due to go last year but her dream trip was put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.

With help from you we can make Monnay's dream come true!

Our aim at The Dream Factory is to brighten lives and encourage hope for children and young adults aged 3-25 years, who have either life-threatening or life-limiting conditions or who suffer from severe disabilities. We do this by making their dreams come true! The future of our amazing charity is at threat, with all of our fundraising and challenges postponed or cancelled, our funds have drastically been affected. This means our ability to grant children's dreams is sadly also under threat. We are doing our best to meet the needs of our dream families whilst adhering to strict government guidelines with regards to social distancing and self-isolation. However, we can still grant dreams with your help and if anyone needs to request an end of life dream, we will do our utmost to fulfill it.We are reaching out to you all during these uncertain and worrying times for your help.
