Just because the HCC Black History Scholarship Celebration is ONLINE in 2021 doesn't mean it won't include the usual excitement synonymous with in our previous gatherings. For the past 15+ years, its been a Houston Black History Month tradition few want to miss. Yet this year, because of the hardships many of our students face from of the pandemic, our mission is even more important.
