I am pleased to say I will be attempting the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge on the 8th September in an effort to raise funds for the North Clwyd Animal Rescue, along with a few of my good pals.

After my mother passing away earlier this year, I would like to raise some money in her memory to pass on to what was her favourite charity. It is a wonderful organisation which provides care, shelter, support and veterinary treatment to animals in need.

The challenge itself is to complete a 24 mile long trek, including climbs up Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough, which total over 5,200ft of ascent in under 12 hours.

Any donations will be gratefully received and will be going towards a wonderful cause.
