R13 are currently supporting Norfolk & Waveney MIND as our charity of the year 2021!! Norfolk and Waveney Mind, are the mental health charity that believes no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. They work to reduce the stigma associated with mental health, support people in their recovery and champion better services for all.

3 very brave members (Luke, Sean & Dan) of team R13 have decided to take up the challenge and jump out of a plane in order to raise money for this amazing charity.
