Possum Trust’s vision is to harness modern technology to empower people with disabilities and increase their independence. Funding can be used to provide tehnology such as communication aids, environmental control solutions, pendant alarms, nursecall systems or automated doors windows or curtains.

Story

Mark Covus from Microsoft and his buddy Philip Robinson from Possum completed a channel crossing with a difference when they cycled from London to Paris to raise much-needed funds for Leonard Cheshire Disability on 26 -28 June.

Mark and Philip were only able to communicate via an AAC (Alternative and Augmentative Communication) device.  This tested them both physically and mentally so please support us by donating as much as you can. Every penny donated will be match funded by Microsoft!  This means that a £20 donation will attract another £20 from Microsoft and could get another £6 GiftAid!!!  Your £20 becomes £46!

What price would you place on your ability to communicate?
Please give generously!
