EVERY 90 SECONDS someone in the UK is admitted to hospital with an acquired brain injury (ABI). There are many possible causes, such as a fall, a road traffic accident, an assault, a tumour or a stroke. A brain injury can happen to anyone, at any time. When it does, we're here to help

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

2018 will mark 5 years since the tragic passing of our dear Situl. He is greatly missed and remembered in many ways, in our day to day life.

We know that Situl loved a challenge - so a group of friends and family are doing a trek up Mount Snowdon in loving memory of him, on the 31st May. This will consist of trekking around 10 miles to a height of just under 1100 metres above sea level! We are raising money for Headway, to contribute towards saving the lives of others and help prevent future deaths.

We would greatly value and appreciate your donation and promise to trek as fast as we can and get to the top of Mount Snowdon! We will be spurred on by remembering how much of a ribbing we would get from Situl for not going fast enough, followed by a dose of his infectious laughter!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank you
