Cheetahs are the most endangered big cats in Africa with only 7,100 remaining in the wild. The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF) has developed a truly inspirational holistic model for cheetah conservation based on the premise that saving the cheetah will save everything else, including humans

Story

Cheetah Conservation Fund UK needs to raise enough funds to help save the cheetah from extinction. The race is on to save the cheetah and, with your help, it can be won. Cheetahs were once found thriving in numbers of more than 100,000, across a range that stretched through Africa and Asia; today, just 7,100 remain in the wild, occupying 9% of their natural range. The cheetah is now Africa's most endangered big cat. By working together we can save a species, what an amazing concept!

I may not be very mobile but I am going to try my best to walk (very slowly!) 300 steps a day throughout the challenge period, 7th June - 20th June. That's one step for every cheetah cub illegally trafficked EACH YEAR through the Horn of Africa. This is the equivalent in total of 1.4 miles - a real challenge for me with my MS, even over 14 days. Please support me by donating to CCF UK.

Thank you so much x
