We are taking part in the Race the Sun event in the Lake District to raise money for Action medical research, an important UK charity saving the lives of children. Two 4 person teams taking on: 22 mile bike ride out of Coniston a 2 mile Canoe on Coniston water and a 5.5 mile hike to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston. 

It will be tough but with your support we will get there!
