Suicide is the biggest killer in this country for men under 45 years. More and more I see young men being lost to this horrible illness. It is devastating that people feel they have no other way out than to end their own lives. I want to help change this frightening number that I see affect more and more people. This is for my Dad, for my friend from school Elliot, for my friends uncle, for my friends dad, for my mums friend and for everyone else who have been affected by this illness in one way or another. There needs to be more accessible help out there and the stigma needs to stop. Please support CALM and help me try to make a difference, even if only small, it's a step in the right direction.
