As most of you aware, next month I am intending to run in the Cardiff half marathon.   My selected charity is Velindre cancer care, after  a close  family member developed breast cancer.The care and support that she received and continues to receive from the team at Velindre is outstanding and has undoubtedly aided her recovery. Completing the marathon is my way of saying "Thank you" to the team at Velindre and also ensuring that the excellent work continues to provide help and support  to people and families affected by cancer.
