In 2002 Camps International was founded with the single aim of bringing international volunteers to rural communities around the world to work on life-changing and sustainable projects.
Since then over 18000 volunteers have travelled with us from around the world, working on thousands of different projects to impact on the lives of some people in Africa, Asia and South America. 

The Camps Foundation is our 100% giving charity, which enables even more of this amazing project work to continue.  Our pledge is that every penny you give will go on running these projects as all the support costs are met by our enterprise and not the charity. 

Your donation could contribute to our most needed projects, ranging from helping us build classrooms for schools to enable more access to education, houses for vulnerable families or elderly, installation of water supplies into a community to provide them with clean running water, help support our wildlife projects which protect against endangered species or even contirbute to our conservation work which is trying to combat deforestation. 

The Camps Foundation promises to finish every project that we start - without compromise. 

The UK team will be stepping/walking every day to travel the distance from our Head Office in Ringwood, UK to Makongeni in Kenya - where we launched our very first camp.  This is a total of 6827 miles - I am walking my share of this which is 12000 steps a day for 1 month!
