I have chosen to run for the charity Mind this year.  It has been my ambition since taking up distance running to run the London Marathon.  The race takes place in my amazing home town and is a race that the majority of runners around the world would be proud and priveledged to compete in I have chosen the charity Mind for the tireless and tremendous work they undertake with, and for people with mental health challenges.  I thank you all for any help and support you can give me.
