We run a 1:1 Home Visiting Service for newly discharged Stroke Survivors and a Peer Support Group for those of working age - offering information, advice, rehabilitation and therapy, to support Stroke Survivors to overcome their limitations and work towards regaining their independence.

Story

Next September, Dave and I will be trekking Machu Picchu in Peru. We will cover 85km over 5 days of intense trekking at altitude.

Our sponsorship money will be going to my mum's stroke rehab charity- Back on Track-Stroke Rehab Service who do a wonderful job in rehabilitating young stroke sufferers in Wiltshire.

With your kind donations, you are helping to get the lives of stroke survivors in Wiltshire "Back on Track".
