Most of our friends will be aware of our passion for horses. Rach had Sally when she was 11 years old and then bought Sprite when she was 17. She moved them to Leeds in 1999 where they both continued to live a very long and happy life. Colin bought Paddy for his daughters 6 years ago and his involvement to date includes groom, driver and cheque book! Although Colin never met Sally, he adored Sprite almost as much as he does Rach and he's also grown to love Leeds too!

Hope Pastures is a horse and donkey sanctuary based on the edge of Leeds. It's purpose is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home or provide long term care for horses and ponies that aren’t as fortunate as Sally, Sprite and Paddy. We've decided rather than receive gifts that we don't really need, we'd like to help Hope Pastures continue the fantastic work they do and also make a small contribution to the Leeds area before we move house.
