Story
So I did it...!!!
It was tough - cold, wet, painful and quite emotional!
I cried on route down from the peak of Snowdon - which should have been a high point! - because my right knee was in agony.
But it was an amazing experience.
THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who has sponsored me. I really, really appreciate it.
If you haven't yet... There's still time! I would love to raise over £750 for MIND....
Needless to say I won't be doing much mountaineering, or generally much walking, anytime soon!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Along with several MEC colleagues, I am undertaking the three peaks challenge this July, to support Mind and the amazing work they do.
The challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland - Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis - within a 24 hour period.
In normal circumstances, I would happily do just one of these peaks, at a leisurely pace, over the course of a day. All three in 24 hours will be a struggle for these little legs.
Please show your support by giving whatever you can afford. Mind are a fantastic charity; they work to break down the stigma attached to mental illness, and provide critical advice and support to improve the lives of those experiencing mental health issues (which is one in four of us in any given year).
All donations - big are small - are gratefully received.
