It's that time again! I am running in the Manchester 10K on Sunday 18th May for the Joseph Salmon Trust to raise money to help families in the Huddersfield area who have had a child pass away. 

So please dig deep, find those pennies under the sofa cushions and spare anything you can for the Trust, and for my sound of mind after the race when I can't walk for the week post run!

I am also raising money on my sisters behalf as she can no longer take part in the run. Similar to Batman, Sarah is saving Derbyshire from criminal master minds!  

Anything you can give, my feet will be extremely grateful!
