On 9th July, my wonderful friend Verity and I will be abseiling down the Northampton Lift tower to raise money for Cynthia Spencer Hospice. Verity is supporting me as I do this in memory of my dad, but more than that, for the people who made him “feel safe”.  Please help us raise funds for Cynthia Spencer so they can continue to care for others and provide a safe haven for those that need it most.  We are Tackling the Tower by abseiling 418 feet. As a charity, they need to raise £3 every minute to continue to provide specialist palliative care to their patients and families in our local community.
