I founded HNT in 2015 to raise awareness of the vital work that the Specialist Pre-School Opportunity Groups in Dorset and Somerset provide for children with Special Educational Needs and their families. I also fund raise for the groups, each year completing a Physical Challenge! 

2015...7 marathons in 7 days;

2016...27 marathons in 26 days;

2017...65 miles in 12 hours

2018...this year will be a marathon with a difference! I have linked up with Parathlete, Ebony Court. She is not only a sprint wheelchair racer, thrower and tennis player, but attended one of the Opportunity Groups as a young child. The support she had from this specialist pre-school group was fantastic and she has welcomed the chance to help me fund raise!

SO...June 16th...we are racing against each other, both in sprint wheelchairs,! BUT, not merely over 100m but over 26.2 miles! The race will take place at the Sherborne Summer Festival, details of which can be found on the Hidden Needs Trust Website. [hiddenneedstrust.org]

ALL support will be required as this has to be, by far, my biggest challenge to date.
