I’ve lost two grandparents to this horrible disease. It’s as indiscriminate as cancer and can affect anyone. It’s something that takes your memories, dignity, life. I’d like to raise a bit to help those currently affected by Alzheimer’s/ dementia and their families whilst also running in memory of both my grandparents ❤️
