I'm going to shave my head (*nervously bites nails*) to help raise vital funds for mental health charity Mind. 

For anyone who knows me, will know that I love my hair. So shaving it all off is a bit scary! My local hair dresser, Tao Hair Culture, are kindly loaning me some clippers. I'm donating the usual cost of my hair cut to kick start my fundraising. If you can spare a pound or two, I'd really appreciate it. Thank you! 

About Mind and why I'm fundraising 

This week (18-24 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. In the UK, Mind estimates 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year. 

As it says on their website:

"This is a mental health emergency. The coronavirus pandemic is having a huge impact on our mental health. Help us be there for everyone who needs us at this crucial time."

Now more than ever, people with mental health problems need support. And now more than ever, charities need our support.
