I like to throw myself in at the deep end... so in just over two months, I will be participating in Bolton Ironman distance triathlon which is; a 2.4 mile swim in Pennington Flash, 112 mile bike ride, finishing off with a marathon.  

I will be raising money for 'When you Wish Upon a Star' - an inspiring charity who grant wishes to children with life threatening illnesses.  The charity also provides families with time away together, enabling them to put their child's illness on hold and create memories.  I would be hugely grateful for any support and donations raised.
