I am running the 2024 Scottish 10K for Muirfield Riding Therapy in order to raise as much money as possible.They are a fantastic Charity and I would be so grateful if you could take the time to sponsor me to help the cause and to motivate me in my training!

I have never ran a 10k before, never mind a race and I’m only just getting towards the end of clothes couch to 5k routine! I’m approaching 30 this year and so I am challenging myself to do something I never thought I’d be able to! So far I’ve lost 7 pounds in my training with 23 weeks to go as I write this! 

Muirfield are a wonderful charity and I’d be grateful for any hints/tips/ advice anyone can give me! Thank you, Rachel
