Story

As most of you know, I'm a coastal rowing beginner and am trying my best to get good at it! On 24/5/20 I'll be rowing 10k in my garage (not quite as glamorous as Poole Harbour) for the CALM HomeRun event. I would love to be able to do this within 50 minutes and raise at least £50. Amazingly, this coincides with me moving to Bournemouth ten years ago next weekend, and having worked as a Mental Health Social Worker for ten years! I would therefore like to support CALM who are an amazing mental health / suicide prevention charity. They need more donations, eg to extend their helpline and webchat hours which are only currently available from 5pm, but they still help 1000's of people each year.
