Considering both my mum and sister are half marathon machines, my running career consists of sports days at school and only stepping on the running machine at the gym if everything else is being used; so not quite as experienced! I'm hoping to be able to finish the course without passing out half way round so a decent time on top of that would be a bonus! I'll be running in memory of my close friend's mum, who recently passed away from pancreatic cancer.
