The University of Manchester has 1,000 staff and students running the 10K on Sunday 22 May in their very own #purplewave. If each runner raises just £100, we will raise £100,000 for local charities which will be amazing! :)

I ran the 10K in 01:01:52 in 2012 and in 00:59:00 last year so I'll be aiming to beat that this year.
