I think that if you spoke to anyone, their life will have been affected by Alzheimer's or Dementia. It is an awful awful disease and I hate that our loved ones remain with us physically, sometimes for a long time, but the real person seems to leave a lot sooner. It is brutal. Those suffering and those around them deserve better.

The charity have organised this fabulous event which, I can assure you, will be a huge physical challenge for all four of us! Please give whatever you can to help us do something good and ease the suffering of all affected by this cruel disease.
