We are raising money for Mind Cymru. Issues around mental health and well-being affect many people - we all know someone who has suffered, whether long-term conditions that will need continual support or short-term crises that be overcome. 

Mind Cymru is at the forefront of providing support and advice whether you're stressed, depressed or in crisis.

Rachel and Mike are running the Cardiff Half Marathon in September 2019. 

On top of that, Mike's upping the ante and will attempt the Tenby Ironman - originally planned for 2019 but it's a big ask so he'll now do it in 2020 - the 10th year of the event. He'll pull in a few triathlon's in preparation too and we'll keep you up to date on social media.

We hope to add in a few more events and the høpp team is backing us up with quizzes, cake-sales and other fundraising stuff throughout the year.

Whether you are affected, or you know others that are, mental health is an increasingly common problem and sometimes it’s difficult to know where to turn. Help us to help others in a difficult situation to receive the support they need.
