Hi Everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 18th October for Barnardo's children's charity.

Barnardo’s is one of the UK's leading children's charities and works directly with over 100,000 children, young people and their families every year. They run 394 vital projects across the UK, including:
- Counselling for children who have been abused
- Fostering and adoption services
- Vocational training
- Disability inclusion groups

Its a really good cause and it would be great if you could sponsor me, to embarass myself in front most of Cardiff and also to raise money for the UK's most vulnerable children.

My aim is to just finish the half marathon. Lame I know, but if you saw me run, you would realise how much of a mean feat this is! So it would be great if you could support my efforts by helping me raise as much money as possible for Barnardo's!
