CAIS do fantastic work every day to help others improve and rebuild their lives and achieve their goals. This is done in many ways, including through rehabilitation residential facilities, counselling, therapy, employment services, peer mentoring, social enterprises and work placements. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, CAIS has worked hard to maintain its services in every way possible.

I am raising money for them by making fabric face coverings and making these available in central locations near to where I live. There is no charge for the masks but recipients are welcome to donate to CAIS if they wish.
