In a rural area of Uganda, Eastern Africa is a village where there are very few resources - no running water or sanitation, no electricity, a small clinic. The charity KRDP (Kimbuta Rural Development Programme) was set up by my parents in 2000, to help the people of this village develop their resources.  They now have friends on board helping with the organisation, and there are several groups and individuals around the UK offering support in various ways.   There is now better provision in the clinic, the schools have better facilities, and electricity - though still unreliable - is slowly coming to the village

KRDP has now been going for 20 years. Any money I’m able to raise will go towards further resourcing the clinic and schools. Please help me to provide essential help in these areas. 

I’m not a natural runner so this is a huge challenge but one I’m embracing and working hard to train for so any donation will be greatly received! Thank you  xx
