I wanted to set myself a challenge, and after hearing about Aspire Channel swim I was intrigued. I enjoy swimming and being a Spinal Nurse the charity is close to my heart.

I have been involved in nursing spinal injuries and to see how individuals adapt to life with a Spinal injury is inspirational.
