Ok, it’s no Marathon but it’s a start!! 

Mike, Grace and I will be taking part in this fun charity event, so please sponsor us for this great cause. 

You never know....Mike might actually enjoy it!! 

All donations will go towards St. Anne’s hospice, Manchester.

Every little helps and we appreciate your donations, no matter how much. 

They provide much-needed support to thousands of local people completely free of charge. St. Anne’s hospice receive just over a third of their funding from the NHS, meaning they still need to raise £20,000 every day to keep the hospice doors open. 

• £7.50 could go towards providing paints and art supplies for patients taking part in art therapies
• Just £8.55 donated to the hospice could pay for food for a day for one of our patients
• £10.30 could help us top up toys in our play area to give families a place to enjoy together
• £15.80 could go towards the materials required for patients to make a memory box for loved ones
• £20.60 donated to the hospice could pay for a massage to help a patient or carer relax
• A £200 donation to the hospice could pay for a member of our community team to visit a patient at home
• £426 donated to the hospice could pay to run our ambulance for a week

A bit about the bubbly 5k:

Bubble Rush is a fun run with a difference it features lots of coloured bubbles!The 5km course starts in a sea of bubbles and features four bubble stations along the route where our cannons pump out coloured foam to create a 4ft deep bubble bath! Every course is family friendly, so you can run, jog, walk, dance or toddle through the foam. Pushchairs and wheelchairs are more than welcome!The event is not timed, so youre not racing anyone the most important thing is that you enjoy your time in the bubbles and finish with a big smile on your face! Bubblers do it for fun with friends and family and everyone gets a medal at the end!
