Story
As many of you know my mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to her brain in December last year. This news has come as a massive shock to us all. Had it been caught earlier my mom’s prognosis might have been different to what we are currently facing. I want to raise as much as I can to help others in the same situation, and to help improve research and treatment to hopefully prevent others going through what we are. Thank you for donating, no matter how big or small, it all makes a difference.

This March, I’m taking on the Walk 31 Miles in March challenge to raise vital funds for lung cancer support and research. I’m walking in honour of everyone affected by lung cancer - those currently facing it, those we’ve lost, and the families who carry on in their memory. I’ll walk a mile every day, in my own time and in my own way, turning each step into support.Lung cancer is the UK’s biggest cancer killer. The money raised through this challenge will help fund life-saving research, provide comfort and care to patients, and ensure no one has to face this disease alone.I’m doing it to make a difference. I’m walking for those who can’t, and for the hope of a better future.Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to a world where lung cancer is caught earlier, treated more gently, and survived more often.Let’s make every mile in March matter. Together, we can walk toward change.
