In March, I will be swimming 200 lengths in aid of Cancer Research and Marie Curie. 

I work as a Cancer Patient Pathway Navigator at the Leicester Royal Infirmary for Head and Neck and Haematological cancers. I see what a difference research can do to people’s lives and I want to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Growing up my mum worked for Marie Curie, I saw the amazing work that the charity does and the vital funds they need. Cancer affects so many people’s lives and fundraising like this with the Swimathon is essential to their amazing work.
