Me and a fabulous team from SilverCloud by Amwell are raising money to help Alder Hey Children's hospital to continue to deliver life-saving medical equipment and facilities that are making a real difference to families every day.

This charity is close to our hearts as one our our team members has experienced the incredible treatment that Alder Hey have and will continue to provide to their  son, and through this process they've been as brilliant and caring as you could hope them to be.

I'd love to support them to raise money to enable them to continue to fund life-saving equipment, research, healthcare innovation.

On the 16th September, I am going to enter Born Survivor so please support me in our ridiculous challenge to compete in this crazy event with over 30 obstacles over 10km built by Royal Marine Commando's where we will run, slide, crawl, climb and wade to ultimate glory! (For reference - I have never run more than a 5k before so this really will be a challenge -one I'm willing to take on!!)
