I'm excited... and slightly nervous... to be cycling in the BHF London to Brighton bike ride this year! This is a big one for me, as it's the first time I've cycled it since encountering some serious health silliness over recent years - watch as I prove to myself that I can still do it (even if I do have creaky squeaky knees and sore bum bones by the end of it!).

I am cycling alongside (or, more likely, behind) my partner in crime, Rob - and being joined by one of my stellar colleagues at East Sussex College, Ian.
