I am part of a team from Hillsborough Parish Church that are going to Bangalore, India in August 2010.

We will be helping Habitat for Humanity with their work in the slums in order to build homes.

This project will be challanging for me, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I think that i will find it difficult to be in a country so far away from home, where everything about life is completely different; climate, language, lifestyle, food... The list is endless.

Our overall team fundraising is £30,000 which is a terrifying amount of money but any amount that you can help towards our target would be greatly appreciated. Anything from £1 upwards.
