Everyone who ever met Chloe will agree, she was truly something special. She was the kindest, funniest and most caring person you could meet. Beautiful both inside and out she would do anything to help anyone in anyway that she could. I'm so lucky to have shared so much of my life with Clo. From being tiny toddlers to being overshadowed by her tallness, the memories we've made are ones that I will treasure forever. Thank you for being the most incredible person always. 

Chloe had a 15 month battle with a rare form of adrenal cancer and spent the last few weeks of her life in Springhill. The care, kindness and compassion she received was second to none. To all of the staff at Springhill - thank you.
