So it's that time of year again and Rachel's Rockets are dusting of their daps, running shoes and in some cases flip flops to take part in the Cwmbran 5K Race for Life 2015.

We are a team of very fortunate individuals who were privileged to be part of the late Rachel Plow's life and we are raising money for this extremely worthy cause in her memory.

Please dig deep to help us support the on-going Cancer Research in the hope that one day we will defeat it!
