One year ago, we welcomed two Ukrainian refugees into our home. It really opened our eyes to the challenges of settling in a new country as a refugee; the financial challenge, the complex admin required to achieve anything, the language barrier, navigating transport, employment, new school... all whilst worrying about what is going on back home.  Alongside that, has been the wonderful opportunity for our family to make new friends for life.

I also love cycling and work in active travel, and I see everyday the practical, financial, health and wellbeing benefits that come from cycling. 

This is an amazing charity that connects bikes with people who need them most. 💚🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴🚵‍♂️
