This year I'm running the British 10k for Jo Patrick and her family - who continue to set the most inspirational example of courage, strength and dignity - in circumstances of such a cruel loss.
Deeply missed by so many people - the legacy she has left with us all is profound. Her positive energy, selfless spirit and total substance as one of life's best, should remain in all our hearts. Pint half full, and all that ..........

Something as insignificant as a short run is almost an embarrassing gesture of remembrance - but every penny to the charity of her choice matters. Some of you will already have contributed, so apologies for any duplication - and I feel I bled you all dry last year with Jess' story - but any donation you could possibly make to help reach Jo and Rob's target for CLIC Sargent would be so greatly appreciated.
