I have been on chemotherapy treatment since 2012 when I was diagnosed with Myeloma at 38 years old, a total shock which turned my world upside down.  Myeloma is a rare and currently incurable blood cancer which develops in the bone marrow.  As part of my ongoing treatment, I have taken part in three clinical trials to contribute in the search to find the best treatment options for other patients.  I have undergone two gruelling stem cell transplants, the first in 2013 and second in 2018.  I am currently in remission and back doing what I love, sitting in the driving seat, something I thought I would never be able to do again.  

The Challenge:

I am competing in the Nankang Tyre BMW Compact Cup, racing at some of the UKs finest circuits and am looking to increase awareness and raise money for Myeloma UK, the charity that does so much to help me and other Myeloma patients.  Myeloma UK continue to be fantastic in their support. They work tirelessly to promote early diagnosis, the right treatment at the right time and to ultimately find a cure – now it’s time to return the favour and raise some funds for their ground-breaking research. 

So dig deep! Myeloma UK is such a great cause. Every donation is very much appreciated.

On-car sponsorship:

MADE Training are along for the ride and are helping with the livery. We have lots more space on the car for further branding, so if you have a small business and would like to get your logo on the car, then we’d love to have you on board. A donation of £200 gets your logo on one side of the car, £350 for both sides (approximate size: 20cm x 9cm for each logo).
